Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Defendant D] On December 3, 2015, Defendant D was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for an attempted special larceny in the Daegu District Court Port Branch on December 3, 2015, and completed the execution of the said sentence in the Port Prison on October 5, 2016.
1.
