1. The defendant shall pay 38,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from June 26, 2010 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire argument in Gap evidence No. 1, the plaintiff loaned KRW 38,00,000 to the defendant on June 1, 2010 by setting the due date of payment of KRW 15% per annum and overdue interest rate of June 25, 2010.
