1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 200,000,000 and KRW 100,000 among them, from May 29, 2013 to 10.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company running a general travel business, rental business, accommodation business, etc. The Defendant Company A (hereinafter “Defendant A”) is a company running performance planning business, broadcasting program production business, etc., and the Defendant Company B (hereinafter “Defendant B”) is a company running domestic and foreign events, performance planning and agency business, radio, television program production, export and import business, etc.

B.
