Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 17:00 on August 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed an assault on the face value of the victim who continued to occur more than three to four times on his/her hand, when the victim B (the age of 40) was in his/her general lecture room in his/her front-ro, 2034, with the reason that the victim B (the age of 40) was not well-grounded; and (b) the victim B (the age of 40) was in his/her common lecture room in his/her front-ro.
