Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 16, 2019, around 19:41, the Defendant attempted to open the door of the vehicle without any justifiable reason while driving the Do taxi on the street in front of the Busan East-gu B market and moving it to the swimming intersection, which is a destination, and tried to stop the victim, and used the victim’s breast at the time of drinking nine times.

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted the driver of a vehicle in operation.
