Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 14, 2017, at around 03:52, the Defendant driven a vehicle B, while under the influence of alcohol with approximately 500 meters alcohol concentration of about 0.180%, from the front of the astronomical railroad station in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the road in front of the same 127-ro of the old wind.
