Punishment of the crime

1. On May 16, 2015, Defendants B and A discovered a LG options G4 mobile phone equivalent to approximately 890,000 won at the victim E’s market price, at around 05:26, May 16, 2015, at around 05:26, Defendant B and A’s special larceny Defendants discovered at the seat No. 34, MPC located in Pyeongtaek-si L., and Defendant A reported the victim’s network from the carter, and Defendant B had the aforementioned mobile phone.

4. Defendant B

A.
