1. The Plaintiff, Defendant B, and Defendant D, together with Defendant B, KRW 1,200,00, and KRW 1,000,000 out of the said money, and each of the above amounts.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Defendant B is F’s wife, Defendant D and C are the children of Defendant B, and Defendant E is the fraud of Defendant B.
B. During the Plaintiff’s suspicion that there was an illegal relation with F, Defendant C, along with Defendant C, found that the Plaintiff’s house located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun was parked in F’s car at around August 30, 2015, and demanded Defendant D and E to post a telephone to leave the Plaintiff’s house, and to open a door to the Plaintiff.
C. In addition, Defendant B sent a door to the inner window of the Plaintiff and F’s voice in his house, and Defendant B got off the Plaintiff’s door and videophone with the Plaintiff’s door and videophones without opening the door.
F sees its appearance, and the Plaintiff’s present door, Defendant B, D, and E entered the Plaintiff’s house.

2. Determination as to the claim against Defendant C
A. Defendant C is liable to compensate for damages caused by the Plaintiff’s assertion, since Defendant C destroyed the Plaintiff’s inner window boom with hacks and committed an unlawful act that intrudes into the Plaintiff’s house with the rest of the Defendants.
B. Determination 1) The written evidence No. 6 (G’s certificate) alone is insufficient to recognize the fact that Defendant C damaged the shock network, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it. 2) According to each of the written evidence No. 2-4, No. 5-3, No. 9, and 10, whether Defendant C violated the right to housing, the mother of Defendant C entered the Plaintiff’s house according to Defendant B, but did not have any awareness or intent to undermine the peace of housing.
This fact and Defendant C, her mother, are Defendant B.
