A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On December 20, 2016, the Defendant infringed upon the victim’s residence by entering the victim’s house located in the male-gun B, with his/her husband and wife through the entrance of the victim’s house, under the pretext that the fence was built at the victim’s house located in the male-gun B.
2. The Defendant damaged property at the above date and time, and at the above place, the victim damaged the damaged party’s saw of the trees owned by the victim in front of the wall as a saw to the front of the wall, on the ground that the damage interfered with the victim C’s construction of a wall.
3. The Defendant, at the above date, at the above time and place, is liable for special intimidation from C’s wife D (e.g., 52 years of age) as to the growing of pine trees.
