Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant A is a representative director of H Co., Ltd. (a corporation established for the purpose of Do and retail business, State water manufacturing business, real estate leasing business, and visiting and selling business, etc. on February 9, 2012) and I agricultural partnership (a corporation established for the purpose of farming and joint operations, such as mountain ginseng and mountain morals, etc. on December 1, 201), who is in charge of fund management. Defendant B is a general director in charge of managing the whole business group of the above company, and Defendant C is an educational director in charge of education for investors, etc.
1.
