The defendant shall support the plaintiff with respect to the amount of 12,092 m2,000 m2,000 m2 in Yongsan-si, Yongsan-gu.

1. Basic facts

A. On July 29, 2009, the Plaintiff: (a) changed the use of the area of no more than 111,013 square meters in the Dong-dong, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, the land trusted to the Korea Land Trust at the time on July 29, 2009 from distribution business facilities to multi-use sites, such as residential facilities, commercial facilities, parks, squares, roads, and schools; and (b) newly constructing and selling complex facilities on the ground of the change of the distribution business facilities (hereinafter “the instant project”); and (c) submitted a proposal for the residents on the change of the urban management plan to promote the project to build and sell complex facilities on the ground.

2) On January 26, 2010, the Plaintiff and Yangyang City entered into an agreement on the Plaintiff’s public contribution plan (hereinafter “the first agreement”) following the alteration of the urban management plan and the Class 1 district unit plan for the instant project site. The Plaintiff’s public contribution plan (payment) related to the instant project included in the first agreement was included as follows.

On February 2, 2010, Yangyang-si announced on July 26, 2010, changed the use of the instant project site from distribution business facilities to a general commercial area, and the purpose of use thereof is 8,628 square meters, 250 square meters, 7.5 square meters, 12,626, 29, 576, 111,013 10,000 32.73, 2010, 2013 10, 2013 10,000, 228 square meters, 2,580 square meters, 742 square meters, 7.5 square meters, 7.5 square meters, 12, 2642, 2642, 196, 365 square meters of the site of public facilities (hereinafter referred to as "an alteration of the instant urban management plan"), and the alteration of the instant site of public facilities (hereinafter referred to as "an alteration of the instant urban management plan").
