A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from DD Driving) is a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle.
On March 21, 2019, at 00:10, the Defendant driven the said car on three-lanes in front of B apartment C-dong, at the time of e.g., the two-lanes, depending on the flow of the three-lanes in front of B-dong apartment C-dong.
At the time, there is a road in which a white-ray, in which a change of course is prohibited, is installed, so in such a case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle along the lane by maintaining a clear mind and accurately manipulating the steering gear and brakes.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and changed the vehicle line from 0.109% to 3-lanes from the blood alcohol concentration to the two-lanes, and did not avoid the F QM6 car driving in the same direction depending on the three-lanes of the above-mentioned road by the victim E (24 years old) driving in the same direction, and received the above QM6 car in front of the right side of the above AWWn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn.
Ultimately, the Defendant driving a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and let E receive approximately two weeks medical treatment.
