Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From August 1, 2013 to July of the same month, the Defendant provided six guest rooms with shower rooms and one room for female employees, and 45,000 won among the chemical totaling KRW 70,00,000, at a sexual traffic business establishment in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, and operated by the Defendant, from around August 1, 2013 to around the same month, the Defendant employed five female workers, such as D and E, as employees, on the condition that he/she takes 75,000 won out of the chemical totaling KRW 70,00,000, and had the said D, etc. take the place as 70,000 won from male customers who find the place, and stimulates them into the sexual organ

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
