Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

D is a person who imports, sells, and sells, cash-raising and cash-savings, etc. ordered by domestic buyers through Internet carpets "E", and the defendant operates the above E along with D, is a person who exhibits, sells, and sells imported cash-raising and cash-savings through "F".

When foreign goods are imported, matters prescribed by Presidential Decree, such as the name, standard, quantity and price of the relevant goods, shall be reported to the customs office.

Nevertheless, D, upon receiving orders through the above E, purchased the cash and the cash goods ordered by the Defendant directly in contact with the new warranty company, which is a Japanese customer, and then imported and delivered them in Korea through international mail (Em). The Defendant ordered Japanese currency and the cash goods to be sold to D and paid the price, and then conspired to take charge of displaying and selling them from F by accepting the cash goods imported closely through international mail (Em).

Defendant and D: (a) on August 30, 2012, through an international mail (Ems), imported 6 points of goods, such as ADM MUHHHH NDS-3C/10 ASS 3C/10 C/SS singlele ordered by the Defendant through the said New Twit (foreign trader), without an import declaration, after purchasing and bringing into the Republic of Korea an amount equivalent to 607,017,017 UN (the equivalent of the domestic wholesale price at the time of the offense) in disguised goods for low-price’s own consumption; (b) the Defendant received them from the said F and sold them to the domestic buyer; and (c) on February 11, 2013, the amount equivalent to KRW 37,051,227,581,57,751,57,57, and the cost of the goods at the time of import declaration, without any equivalent to the above domestic wholesale price at 16 times as indicated in the attached list of crimes.
