A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for nine years.

Seized evidence 1 to 4 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, who caused robbery, injury to special public items, damage to special obstruction of performance of official duties, and damage to property, had a view to taking money and valuables against apartment residents living in China, in order to prepare living expenses for the wife and children in China.

On August 23, 2020, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the victim C (V, 29 years old) parked at the same place to move to a passenger car in order to play an election campaign, and (b) had a transparent tape to keep fingerprints in the transition (26 cm in total length, 14 cm in length), scarp and site, and entered the second floor parking lot of Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, and colors the object of the crime until August 13, 2020; (c) found on August 13, 2020 that the victim C (V, 29 years old) moved to a passenger car in the name of C in order to use the movement; (d) threatened the victim with the excessive amount, which is a deadly weapon prepared by the victim on board the said vehicle; and (e) forced the victim to move the vehicle in advance, and (e) put the victim to a transparent tape.

On the same day, the Defendant parked in an influent convenience store located in the south of the Franchising games, putting the victim's bridge into a tape to suppress the victim's resistance, and 50,000 won in cash was deducted from the bank in which the victim was in possession.

At around 14:36 on the same day, the Defendant continued to capture the victim E, who is the husband of the victim C (ma, 38 years of age), by asking the phone to the victim E (ma), who is the husband of the victim C, and called "if she wishes to find the wife, she shall send 5 million won to the wife's account, she shall send her KRW 5 million to the F Bank account in the name of the victim C.", and caused the victim E to remit 5 million won to the F Bank account in the name of the victim C.

As above, the defendant was placed in custody of the victim C, and received five million won from the victim E, her husband, and then transferred it to another Si in South Korea.
