A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a B leraber sports car.

On February 28, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol level of 0.129% 0.129% while under the influence of alcohol on February 28, 2019, and continued the front road of “D” located in “D” at the right-side of the police station from the right-side bank at the right-side bank to the view of the police station.

Violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) the Defendant driven a B lero-sports car in the state of alcohol alcohol leveling 0.129% of blood alcohol level from the 3km section of approximately 3km to the road adjacent to the “I” location of the same city from the road in front of the camping-dong, Y-dong, in light of the time and time indicated in the above paragraph (1).
