가. 원고는 2008. 11. 20.경 B의원의 사무장으로 고용되어 행정 업무를 수행하던 중 2012. 3. 29.경 수액 박스를 들다가 허리 부분을 삐끗하였고, 2012. 5. 중순경에는 동료 직원이 물품을 옮기다가 넘어지면서 원고의 어깨 부위를 눌러 원고로 하여금 주저앉게 함으로써 허리 부분에 상당한 충격을 받는 사고(이하 ‘이 사건 재해’라 한다)를 당하였고, 그 무렵 피고로부터 ‘제5요추-제1천추간 추간판탈출증’에 관하여 산재요양 승인을 받아 2012. 6. 4.부터 2013. 8. 3.까지 요양을 하였다.

B.
