Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] Defendant B was sentenced to a fine of KRW 2 million on September 10, 2015 due to a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Acts, such as the Mediation of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the brokerage, etc. of commercial sex acts) at the place of guard.
[2] The crime committed by Defendant B is a person who leases the building in Suwon-si, the sale of which from E, lends the room of the building to the women of sexual traffic, and provides the place of sexual traffic. The defendant C is a person who engages in sexual traffic in the above building. The defendant A is a person who provides sexual traffic with guidance to customers and receives fees from sexual traffic women in F, referred to as "F" near the above building.
No one shall perform acts, such as arranging or arranging sexual traffic, in return for receiving or promising money, valuables or other property gains from many and unspecified persons, or providing a place for sexual traffic.
1. Defendant B, from September 11, 2015 to October 23:45, 2015, knew that the room of the above building was carried out by many unspecified persons, Defendant B, etc., and provided a place for sexual traffic by leasing it to C, etc. and provided it with a place for sexual traffic, thereby arranging sexual traffic, etc.

On September 22, 2015, the Defendant: (a) assisted the male son in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, to engage in commercial sex acts; (b) assisted the male son to engage in commercial sex acts; and (c) assisted, around November 26, 2015, in Suwon-si, Suwon-si I, the male son to engage in commercial sex acts; and (d) assisted the sexual sex trafficking by receiving KRW 5,000 from KRW 3,00 per man-child from the sexual traffic woman and arranging the commercial sex acts with unspecified multiple male customers.
