1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of the lawsuit shall include costs resulting from the participation.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. In accordance with Article 5(1) of the former Special Act on the Promotion of Urban Renewal (amended by Act No. 10220, Mar. 31, 2010; hereinafter “Urban Renewal Act”), the Defendant publicly announced the Goyang-si EF KRW (1,304,00 square meters) as a high-sea A urban renewal acceleration district on September 10, 207.

B. On June 9, 2010, the Defendant joining the Defendant filed an application for determination of urban renewal acceleration plans in order to establish urban renewal acceleration plans for high-sea A urban renewal acceleration districts, and filed an application for determination of urban renewal acceleration plans to the Defendant on June 9, 2010 following the procedures, such as residents’ public inspection, high-sea society’s hearing

C. On September 6, 2010, after deliberation by the Gyeonggi-do Urban Renewal Committee and the School Health Committee, the Defendant changed the designation of urban renewal acceleration district (hereinafter “instant changed designation disposition”) with a content that expands the area of the previously designated urban renewal acceleration district from 1,304,00 square meters to 1,306,140 square meters on the ground of partial exclusion and incorporation of a parcel of land due to the change of the boundary standard of the Aurban Renewal Promotion District (the boundary of a development restriction zone) with respect to the Goyang A urban renewal acceleration district (hereinafter “instant changed designation disposition”), as well as the designation of the urban renewal acceleration plan that includes the contents that designate the area of the previously designated urban renewal acceleration district from 1,304,00 square meters to 1,306,140 square meters on the grounds of the change of the boundary standard of the Aurban Renewal Promotion District (hereinafter “Seoul-si Urban Renewal Promotion

(B) Of the determination of an urban renewal acceleration plan, the part concerning B zone in the said determination shall be referred to as “instant determination of an urban renewal acceleration plan,” and such alteration of designation shall be referred to as “instant disposition,” hereinafter collectively referred to as “instant alteration disposition”) 62,08-2,08-2,00 square meters of the separate project type size (land size) as to the designation of an urban renewal acceleration zone.
