Reasons

1. Details of the disposition;

A. In accordance with Article 5(1) of the former Special Act on the Promotion of Urban Renewal (amended by Act No. 10220, Mar. 31, 2010; hereinafter “Urban Renewal Act”), the Defendant publicly announced the Goyang-si EF KRW (1,304,00 square meters) as a high-sea A urban renewal acceleration district on September 10, 207.

B.
