【Criminal Facts】

1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a bus B in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents;

On December 28, 2018, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 08:30 on December 28, 2018, and driven the three-lane road in front of the 88 solar funeral distance intersection in Young-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, the Defendant proceeded in the direction of eating alley in C along three-lanes.
