1. The boundary of 50,321 square meters in C forest land owned by the Plaintiff and D forest land owned by the Defendant, 5,355 square meters in Chungcheongnam-gun.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff owns 50,321 square meters of C forest land in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun (hereinafter “instant forest land”); and the Defendant owns 5,355 square meters of D forest land in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun (hereinafter “instant forest land 2”).

B. The defendant is dissatisfied with the boundary of the land Nos. 1 and 2 of this case.

2. If a lawsuit for confirmation of boundary is filed as to a dispute over the boundary line of adjoining land as a so-called formal formation lawsuit, the court shall not be bound by the boundary line claimed by both parties, but shall determine the boundary under the conditions as deemed true by itself.

As a result of the on-site inspection by this court, comprehensively considering the purport of the entire arguments as a result of the survey and appraisal by the Korea Land Information Corporation, the line connecting each point of 3,9 is recognized as the boundary of the 1,2 forest of this case.

3. The conclusion is that the boundary of the forest land Nos. 1 and 2 in this case shall be confirmed as the above line, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
