1. The reasoning of the court of first instance’s acceptance of the judgment is the same as the statement of the reasoning of the judgment of first instance, except in the following cases. Thus, it shall be accepted by the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

The term “Defendant’s name account” in 7 pages 2 of the judgment of the first instance court shall be read as “Defendant’s name account” and “Defendant’s name deposit account” in 4 pages 4 and 6.

All of the "Witnesss" in the judgment of the court of first instance shall be "Witnesss of the court of first instance", and five pages 6 shall be "this court" in the court of first instance.

2. Conclusion, the plaintiff's claim shall be dismissed as it is without merit.

The judgment of the first instance is justifiable in its conclusion, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
