Punishment of the crime

On February 25, 2018, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle of 0.244% of alcohol content during blood on the 13k section from the Yandong-dong Mansan-dong to the 280-ro, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, Seocho-gu, Mansan-si, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol at around 01:0 to the 0.24% of alcohol content during blood.
