1. The Defendant’s KRW 1,524,650,919 as well as 6% per annum from December 5, 2013 to January 21, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On July 1, 2010, a foreign company’s BITXCO (hereinafter “BITEX”) entered into a contract with the Plaintiff for the construction of a new hotel hotel in Vietnam, PWuott, Inc. (hereinafter “instant construction”) on the part of the Plaintiff on July 1, 2010.

B. As of October 24, 2010, the Plaintiff entered into a subcontract agreement. As of October 24, 2010, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Act (hereinafter “Vietnam Act”).

B) Between the instant hotel construction works, the cooperation facilities (HVAC) among the new hotel construction works in the instant case are referred to as the mechanical pipeline electricity construction works (MEP works) related to the mechanical pipeline electrical construction (MVAC).

As to the contract amount with respect to Vietnam, the subcontract was concluded by setting the contract amount of 269,700,000,000 VN and the construction period from August 1, 2010 to June 30, 2012 (hereinafter “instant subcontract”).

2) As to the time the work of this case is completed, the Plaintiff and the Defendant Intervenor

1. - With respect to the operation of air conditioners in a building, the starting date was set on August 1, 201 and September 30, 201 as the completion date, and the Stilestestest one.

2. - With respect to the final test and the completion of trial run, the date of commencement was set on August 1, 2010; the date of completion was set on March 30, 2012;

3. - The date of commencement was set on September 1, 2010 and the date of completion on June 30, 2012.
