Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.

2. 2015고단1297(특수협박) 피고인은 기초생활수급자로 목포시청으로부터 매월 110만 원 가량의 보조금을 지원받아 생활하던 중, 2015. 7.분 보조금부터 피고인의 배우자의 노동능력이 인정된다는 등의 사유로 보조금이 30만 원 가량으로 삭감되어 지급되자 2015. 7. 20. 오후경 수차례에 걸쳐 목포시청 담당공무원인 피해자 D(여, 35세)에게 전화로 이를 항의하였고, 그녀에게 “나한테 말도 없이 돈 안 줘! 우리식구들 다 뒤져버리라고 한 것 아니여! 정문으로 가서 불 질러 죽어버릴 테니까 우리 딸하고 와이프 잘 돌봐주라”라고 말하여 겁을 주었다.
