1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

Basic Facts

The non-party D is operating the F meta (hereinafter referred to as the “instant Hanbaco”) in the Hasan-si E.

The defendant entered into an insurance contract between D and D, which covers actual damages suffered by D from bearing liability for compensation for physical injury or property damage (referring only to liability for compensation under the law) under the law, due to a sudden accident caused by D's performance of duties in accordance with the facility and its use of the facility.

On November 15, 2013, the deceased G (hereinafter referred to as “the deceased”) had access to the instant herba, while drinking alcohol.

[Ground of recognition] In the absence of dispute, Gap evidence Nos. 1, 3, Eul evidence Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4, Eul evidence Nos. 6-1, and Eul evidence Nos. 6-1, the gist of the plaintiffs' assertion as to the plaintiffs' claim as to the whole purport of the pleadings was limited to access of the deceased if the deceased had known that he was drunk, or limited access to a shot room, or continuous confirmation of the deceased's whereabouts.

Nevertheless, D or its employees neglected the deceased, thereby making the deceased take the body of water at the high temperature room, thereby causing the death of the deceased.

As such, since the violation of the duty of care by D or its employees is in proximate causal relation with the death of the deceased, the Plaintiffs, who are the inheritors of the deceased, seek for the payment of insurance proceeds each of KRW 10,000,000 against the Defendant, who is liable to pay the insurance proceeds in relation to the accident that occurred in the Hanba
