A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant stolen the following property under the state that the Defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to the coercion disorder, sulfur disorder, etc.:

1. On September 13, 2012, around 12:15, the Defendant thefted the victim C with a minccot equivalent to KRW 1.380,00,000 in the market price where the victim C displayed at a gambling room for women of the third floor of Dalla located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si.

2. From September 14, 2012, the Defendant thefted the victim E with one set of 898,000 won at the market price where the victim E was displayed in a temporary store for female women of the first floor of New Zealand on September 14, 2012.

3. On September 14, 2012, around 13:54, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim G with one shotet equivalent to KRW 800,00 in the market price where the victim G was displayed at the third floor of the 3rd H female clothes store for the victim G with a single eye from the victim’s string.

4. From October 2, 2012, the Defendant thefted the victim I with a minccot equivalent to KRW 2.580,000,00 in the market price where the victim I was displayed at the 3rd J women’s shop in the middle of the said 10:40 on October 2, 2012.

5. From October 30, 2012, around 09:36, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim K with a 58,000 per share of the market price at which the victim K was displayed at the same place between the victim K and K in the first floor of the pyrop of the pyromo-dong sperm located in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si.
