Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On November 29, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 3 million won for the crime of indecent act by compulsion, and 40 hours for the completion of sexual assault treatment programs in Seoul Southern District Court. On December 7, 2013 of the same year, the Defendant failed to comply with his/her obligation to submit his/her personal information to the head of a police agency having jurisdiction over his/her domicile or residence (in cases of expropriation, the head of a correctional institution) within 30 days from the date on which the judgment becomes final and conclusive pursuant to Article 43(1)
