Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On March 26, 2010, Defendant A was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Dong branch of the Busan District Court (hereinafter referred to as the "Seoul District Court") and completed the execution of sentence in the Busan District Vocational Training Correctional Institution on January 14, 2013.
[Criminal facts]
1. From January 17, 2015 to July 17, 2015, Defendants B reported the network from the victim JJ located in 102 apartment units I, on the front side of the above apartment unit.
