A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for 4 months and for 1 year for the remaining crimes under Article 1-1 (a) and (b) of the judgment of the accused.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Records] The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for an injury, etc. at the Daegu District Court on February 16, 2016 and was sentenced to ten months for the same year.

7. 4. The above judgment became final and conclusive, and the defendant terminated the execution of the punishment on October 26 of the same year.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant is a person who operates a street store in the vicinity of the Si in Daegu Metropolitan City, Northern-gu, Seoul.

1. Special intimidation;

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

B. On September 2015, the Defendant committed the crime at around 10:00 on September 20, 2015, committed an act that would inflict harm on the life or body of the victim, such as, in front of the sales store of clothes, the victim E (here, 48 years of age) around the above C market, “F” working as an employee, in order to install the clothes for selling clothes, and thus interfere with the sale of the Defendant’s store.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and thereby the victim.
