Punishment of the crime

On February 10, 2017, at around 13:25, the Defendant reported his body at the front of the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City C building with D, who was working on the front of the building in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, and the guardF belonging to the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Police Station E District would arrest the Defendant as a current offender, and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the on-site dispatch.
