1. Basic facts

A. B. Around January 2005, the Plaintiff became aware of Defendant B’s investment profits through the introduction of the network D, a student, around January 2005. 3. After July 4, 2007, the Plaintiff deposited the instant account in addition to KRW 50 million through the account in the name of Defendant B, a partner of Defendant B on July 4, 2007. The Plaintiff’s investment principal became a total of KRW 250 million.
