The punishment of the accused shall be determined by six months of imprisonment.

Punishment of the crime

In the Daegu District Court's support on August 19, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for six months for a violation of road traffic law (unlicensed driving) and was sentenced to two years for a suspended sentence on August 27, 2016, and is still under suspended sentence.

On April 24, 2017, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle, driven C-W vehicle at a section of about 2 km from the front of the Defendant’s residence in Ansan-si to the front of the office, on the roadside located in the same road as in the same city, the Defendant driven C-W vehicle at a section of about 2 km from the front of the office.

All of the crimes of this case are confessioned by the defendant and the facts that the defendant reflects against the defendant are favorable to the defendant.

In addition, in consideration of all the circumstances shown in the arguments and records of the case, such as the age, sex, environment, and circumstances after the crime, the punishment as ordered shall be determined.
