The Defendants are members of the telephone financial fraud organization (tentatively referred to as “scaming”) that assumes false calls from many and unspecified domestic people in China, and that they should deposit deposit guarantee money, guarantee insurance premium issuance cost, credit rating increase, and fees, etc. in order to obtain a loan from them. Defendant B left China around April 14, 2013, and Defendant C around July 31, 2013, respectively.
