1. The Defendant’s KRW 38,048,230 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 20% per annum from August 14, 2015 to September 30, 2015, and thereafter.

On October 1, 2015, the statutory interest rate of Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings was changed from 20% to 15% per annum, and on October 1, 2015, with respect to the statutory interest rate of the case for which the first instance trial proceedings have not been concluded as of September 30, 2015, the interest rate of 20% per annum, which is the interest rate under the previous provisions, and 15% per annum from October 1, 2015.
