Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 30, 2013, at around 21:50, the Defendant assaulted the victim E (the 26-year-old) who had been located at the 4th floor of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Building D public notice room in front of the 4th floor D public notice room in front of the said public notice room, in a manner that the Defendant took away the victim under this paragraph with a view to the crypting of the Lemon seed coats, while the Defendant crypted the victim out of the place, taken the victim's chest and neck toward the stairs, pushed down the victim's breast and neck toward the stairs, and assaulted the victim on the back by hand.
