A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the children of the victim C (Y, 82 years old) and the victim D (86 years old) and the defendant and the victims have lived together in the residence of the victims in Daegu-gu E.

In addition, from around 2016, the defendant has repeatedly been discharged from G hospital in Daegu-gu F, and has repeatedly treated alcohol addiction.

On April 22, 2018, the Defendant, at around 12:25, 2018, took alcohol in the residence of the above victims to ask for money to the victim D, and without receiving the money from the victim D, the Defendant took a large bath, “I must do so, fluor, bit of bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bitch.”

As a result, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim C who is a lineal ascendant, and put the victim D, who is a lineal ascendant, with a view to the number of days of treatment.
