Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 09:35 on May 7, 2013, the Defendant: (a) driven the said vehicle as a person driving a BScar as a duty; and (b) violated the signal while driving the vehicle while driving on the way of a three-distance in front of the half-day Haak-dong located in the Hasung-dong.

Although the Defendant was requested to stop the service of a police box in the Yongdong Police Station, which observed the above violation, the Defendant fleded without complying with the request, and the patrol vehicle (net 32) concealed the Defendant’s driving vehicle, led to the escape of approximately 6-7km, depending on the ombudsman.

Around 09:20 on the same day, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (i.e., after-accident) (i., the Defendant was unable to escape any longer due to signaled and parked vehicles in front of the driver’s vehicle in front of the return line. (ii) On the ground that the patrol vehicle (No. 32) was conducted to prevent the front of the Defendant’s driver’s vehicle in front of the vehicle, and continued to flee, and the Defendant was negligent in driving the vehicle on the left-hand side of the victim’s ES3 car without sufficiently examining the front side and the left-hand side while driving the vehicle. (iii)

Ultimately, the Defendant, due to the above occupational negligence, did not immediately stop the above SM3 vehicle and did not take necessary measures such as examining damage caused by the said SM, so that the repair cost equivalent to KRW 462,200 is reached.

From 04:00 to 10:30 on the same day, the Defendant driven the above scison vehicle at the 10km section of about 10km apartment complex in the remote city where he had the alcohol concentration of 0.101% around the road near the Nowon-gu in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, through a Japanese-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-on.
