The defendant's appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
1. The summary of the grounds for appeal is that the defendant takes a desire to have telephone conversations with another person in the taxi and takes a desire within the police vehicle, but the defendant did not take a desire to have the victim or insult the victim, and the court below convicted the defendant by misunderstanding the facts, thereby finding him guilty.
2. The judgment below duly adopted and examined the following circumstances: (a) the Defendant took a cab under the influence of alcohol while drunk; (b) took the cab inside the taxi immediately after the Defendant paid the taxi expenses upon arrival at the destination; (c) reported the victim’s desire to take care of cleaning expenses; and (d) the victim reported the victim’s desire to take care of the cab; (c) the Defendant reported 112 on his cell phone to the police station; (d) the Defendant reported the 112 report to the 10th police officer on the road where four police officers exist; and (e) the Defendant reported the bit of bit of bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bitch, etc., to the victim on the road where the bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of bit of a bit of bit of a bit of a bit of bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a police station on the day of this case.
