1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) an indication of the Attached Form No. 1, B, C, D, E among the underground floors of the building listed in the Attached List;

1. Assertion and determination
A. 1) Determination as to the cause of the claim is without any dispute between the parties, and considering the overall purport of the pleadings in Gap evidence Nos. 1, 3, and 4-1 through 3, Eul evidence No. 1-1, and Eul evidence No. 2 in addition to the whole purport of the pleadings, the plaintiff shall be deemed to have attached drawings No. 131, No. 21.22m2m2 of the part A (hereinafter "the instant store") in the underground floor of the building listed in the attached list, which connects each point in sequence No. 1, 2, 3, 3, 1, 2
A) Around May 2003, the owner of the above store: (a) leased the above store at KRW 20 million, monthly rent of KRW 500,000 to the Defendant; and (b) thereafter, according to the agreement between the Plaintiff and the Defendant, the rent was increased by KRW 550,000 from September 2010; (c) the rent was KRW 690,000 for monthly rent while maintaining a deposit for lease on May 10, 2013; and (d) the lease term was renewed by five years from May 10, 2013 (hereinafter the above lease agreement on the store in this case).
() By December 24, 2015, the Defendant may each recognize that the monthly rent of KRW 68,940,00 under the instant lease agreement was paid by December 24, 201. According to the following facts: (a) the Plaintiff, while filing the instant lawsuit, expressed his/her intent to terminate the instant lease agreement on the grounds of the Defendant’s default of rent of at least three times; and (b) the complaint was served on the Defendant on January 26, 2016; and (c) the instant lease agreement was lawfully terminated on January 26, 2016 upon the termination of the Plaintiff on the grounds of the Defendant’s delay of rent of KRW 14,740,00 for the unpaid rent of KRW 10,00 for the period from October 28, 2015 to KRW 10,000 for the period from 0 to 30,000 for 30,000 to KRW 10,000 for 30,000 for the period from 2.
