The reasoning of the judgment of this court citing the judgment of the court of first instance is as follows: (a) the second part of the judgment of the court of first instance (hereinafter “the first instance”) stated that “the company received an amount of money from the company every year” in the second part of the judgment; and (b) the ground of the first instance judgment is the same as that of the first instance judgment; and

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
