1. Defendant C: (a) KRW 425,00,000 for Plaintiff A; and (b) KRW 200,000 for Plaintiff B; and (c) for each of them, from January 1, 2018 to January 2018.

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant C’s acquisition of Defendant C agreed on September 2007 to purchase KRW 3,30 billion per share by calculating the management right and majority shareholder’s share (2,960,377 share) of the name of the juristic person as KRW 11,000 per share (2,960,377 share) of Defendant D, F operated by Defendant D, and E owned by G (hereinafter, “stock company”).

On September 5, 2007, Defendant C entered into a contract with F, G, F, and G to purchase 16.5 billion won (2 billion won (2 billion won, part payment, 7.5 billion won, and 7.0 billion won) at the price of 1.5 billion won (13.75 billion won of the total number of outstanding shares) in the name of F, G, and G in the name of H and their wife, which they operated. As part of the acquisition price, Defendant C paid a promissory note (2 billion won of the contract amount, part payment, 7.5 billion won of the intermediate payment, and 7 billion won of the balance) issued by the J Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant promissory note”).

B. Around October 30, 2006, Defendant D acquired 10,200 won per share (5,403,666,400 won in total) with Mlimited Liability Company (42.10% of total issued and outstanding shares) for about one year prior to the transfer of management rights to Defendant D. Defendant D acquired 2,980,752 shares out of L, which were 2,450,980 shares (19.00% of total issued and outstanding shares), and Defendant D acquired 2,431,732 shares (10% of total issued and outstanding shares) for 10,200 won per share (5,403,66,400 won in total). Defendant D, a strategic investor, and N, G, and E acquired 2,980,752 shares out of total issued and outstanding shares, and 39,000,0000 won in total issued and outstanding shares for 2,450,000 won in total issued and outstanding shares).
