Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) by the Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On November 25, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol 0.164% of blood alcohol concentration at around 18:10 on November 25, 2019, and led the Defendant to drive the said car in the direction of the Gu road in the direction of the heading.
