1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 71,30,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 2, 2015 to the day of full payment.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff applied for a payment order against Han Metal Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “one metal”) with the Suwon District Court 2015Ra950, Osan City Court 2015,950, “one metal shall pay to the Plaintiff 147,124,130 won and the amount calculated by the rate of 20% per annum from the day following the delivery of the instant payment order to the day of full payment.” The said payment order was served on one metal on April 21, 2015, and became final and conclusive on May 7, 2015.

B. On August 25, 2015, the Plaintiff, as Suwon District Court Decision 2015TT16529, indicated the obligation to seize and collect one metal, the garnishee, the Defendant, the claim amount of KRW 71,300,000,000, and the indication of the obligation to seize and collect. The Plaintiff received the attachment and collection order (hereinafter “the instant collection order”) from the Defendant on August 28, 2015, the amount of one metal related to the excessive product supply contract with the Defendant on or around May 2014, to which the Defendant would receive from the Defendant, until the amount of the above claim is the amount. The above collection order was served on the Defendant on August 28, 2015, and on October 23, 2015, respectively.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 71.3 million according to the collection order of this case and the amount calculated by the rate of 15% per annum from October 2, 2015 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the complaint of this case.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
