D Co., Ltd. is a corporation established on July 5, 2006 for the purpose of the pressure vessel manufacturing business, which has its head office in the F Building in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and operates the place of business of the original branch in Changwon-gu G. Defendant C is the head office of the original branch in the above D D D Co., Ltd., and is responsible for the safety and health of its employees, taking overall control of the business of the original branch in fact.

B A Co., Ltd. is a corporation established on May 5, 2013 for the purpose of the pressure vessel manufacturing business, and is engaged in the pressure vessel manufacturing business with its place of business located within the original branch of the said D Co., Ltd., and Defendant A is the representative director of the said B Co., Ltd., who is responsible for the safety and health
1. Defendant A and Defendant C
A.
