Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 23, 2014, the Defendant appealed for ten months from the Daejeon District Court’s Branch for the crime of false accusation, etc., but was dismissed, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on June 6, 2014.
On October 17, 2012, the Defendant appeared as a witness of the Plaintiff at the court of Daejeon High Court No. 317, the Daejeon High Court located in Seo-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, as the witness of the lawsuit of demurrer to the distribution of the said court No. 2012Na2581, and the facts were that Defendant C had resided in 103 Dong 1102 from November 22, 201 to January 26, 201, and therefore, the Defendant did not have resided in the above apartment during the above period, despite the fact that he did not have resided in the apartment, the witness of the Plaintiff’s agent’s "I would know that he would have resided in the apartment at any time until December 1, 200," and the witness’s answer to the questions “I would have been confirmed to have taken the witness memory from December 1 to December 23, 201,” and the witness’s answer to the auction will continue to appear to have been made on 10th day of May.
