Punishment of the crime

피고인은 2014. 9. 5. 07:20경 C 싼타페 승용차를 운전하여 대전 대덕구 신일동 SK엔카 중고자동차 매매소 앞 도로를 대한통운 쪽에서 신탄진 쪽으로 편도 3차로 중 1차로를 따라 알 수 없는 속도로 진행하였는데, 그곳은 신호등이 설치된 교차로여서 속도를 줄이고 신호에 따라 안전하게 운전하여야 할 업무상 주의의무가 있었음에도, 이를 게을리 한 채 신호를 위반하여 좌회전 한 과실로 맞은편에서 진행신호에 따라 직진하여 오던 피해자 D(24세) 운전의 E 옵티마 승용차의 앞부분을 싼타페 승용차의 오른쪽 앞부분으로 들이받고 그 충격으로 싼타페 승용차가 옆으로 튕기면서 교차로 부근에 서 있던 피해자 F(58세)의 왼쪽 다리를 싼타페 승용차의 측면으로 들이받게 하였다.
