1. The Defendant: KRW 341,024,609 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from May 1, 2016 to November 28, 2018; and
Reasons
A. As to the apartment of this case, approval for use by buildings was obtained
The entire approval for the use of the apartment of this case was made around May 2016.
4) On November 10, 2015, the Plaintiff and the Defendant indicated a modified contract to modify the provisional contract of this case on November 10, 2015 (a) stating that “foreign expenses” is stated in the upper part of the amendment contract for the construction work (the first part) as follows:

4. Period: 24 months from the commencement date of construction (from July 2013 to July 2015).
