Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 26, 2018, the Defendant driven Drocketing car at around 10:35, and proceeded ahead of the F Salary Point at the time of official week to G school from the public viewing room.
At this point, the opposite side of the lane where the defendant is running on the right side, a temporary bus stop was installed in the opposite side, and the bus was trying to stop in order to board passengers, and the victim H (V, age 68) was going on the opposite two-lane in order to board the bus.
In this case, the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to reduce speed and accurately operate the steering gear, to observe the lanes and to safely drive the motor vehicle according to the remote road.
Nevertheless, while the Defendant was driving with hot coffees in the two-lanes between the driver's seat and the lids, the Defendant was placed at the right direction in front of the accident place. The Defendant continued to drive a lid, without viewing that it was skeing, and the coffee did not ske off, and followed the center line, and followed the passenger car parked on the two-lanes of opposite parts, and followed the victim, who was parked on the two-lanes of opposite parts, while driving the lids with the driver's seat and stopping the Defendant's vehicle.
Ultimately, the Defendant caused the victim’s death by occupational negligence in the Seo-gu Daejeon Special Metropolitan City, which was receiving medical treatment from the J University Hospital on February 27, 2018, due to a large volume of poppy surgery, the right-hand opening frame, and multiple-long-term death caused by the alley of the mouth, after around February 17, 2018.
