A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

On November 7, 2008, the Defendant sentenced the Daejeon District Court to one year for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Acts, such as sexual traffic brokerage, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on May 7, 2009 at the Daejeon Prison Branch of the Daejeon District Court.

The Defendant is a person who operates an occupation placement center without permission, called "D Employment Referral" in Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon.

1. On October 2010, the Defendant made a call to the victim E who operates “F” entertainment points at Seopopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Daejeon, Seopo-gu, Daejeon, to the effect that “The Defendant would introduce an Arabic (employee) to work at the main store if he/she each eight million won of the advance payment to Arabic.”

However, even if the Defendant received the money from the injured party, he did not intend to pay 8 million won to the female to introduce the money under the pretext of the money in advance. Since most of the above money was planned to use it, even if he received the money from the injured party, the Defendant did not have any intention or ability to introduce the employee requested by the injured party.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, was transferred from the victim on October 15, 201, KRW 24 million on October 22, 2010, KRW 20 million on October 22, 2010, KRW 900,000 on October 25, 2010, KRW 8 million on October 27, 2010, KRW 100,000 on November 1, 2010, KRW 44 million on the total amount of KRW 8,44 million on November 9, 2010 to the G corporate bank account (H account number) in the name of G.

2. On December 10, 2010, the Defendant introduced the victim I who called "K Multilateral" at the above D Job Referral office in Gyeongnam-si, Gyeongnam-si, to "L", and stated that "AC will be introduced by introducing AC with a sum of eight million won in advance payment to AC, one million won in introduction, and nine million won in the sum of nine million won in the introduction fee to AC, and one million won in advance to AC at the D Job Referral office."

However, even if the defendant receives money from the injured party under the pretext of the advance payment, he/she will pay eight million won to the female to be introduced by himself/herself as the advance payment.
